• Movies that are two years old and were not popular.
• Movies that are four years old and were moderately popular.
• Movies that were not originally released on DVD that are not being released again with fancy special features.
• Any movies still on VHS.

Movies that are really popular and are re released every five years will never be found in the bargain bin (such as Star Wars).
