Frostburg State University, or FSU, is located in the mountains of Frostburg, MD. WMACS has been held at FSU since 1997. Infamous among the campers for its bad college food and plastic mattresses, Frostburg offers a rather long walk every morning to the PE Center, where the campers have their classes.
