Field Day

A staple afternoon activity, Field Day typically occurs early in the week, so that it may be postponed in the event of inclement weather. At this activity, the teams compete in a variety of relays, water games, field games (e.g. Capture the Flag), and Tug-O-War. Field Day is concluded by a massive counselors vs. campers Water Balloon Fight. The counselors spend literally the entire day filling well over 1000 water balloons, all of which are expended in less than 10 minutes. Hoses, buckets, and water guns are other common weapons.
