Also called "Miao Miao Miao," Fantastic is the song for the dance taught in modern dance in 2000 and 2006. The steps are as follows (as documented by Chris Lee):

Since it repeats a lot, I'll state the repeating parts
Intro-

  • 1- right leg right, look right, hands in palms, right arm point right, palm facing in, left palm pointing at left armpit, arms parallel to ground
  • 3- bring left leg to right leg, look center, left arm point left, right palm at right armpit, arm parallel
  • 5- same as 1
  • 7- same as 3
  • 1- spread fingers, wave hands above head to right
  • 2- wave hands to left
  • 3- same as 1
  • 4- same as 2
  • 5- bend down, wave hands below waist to right
  • 6- wave to left
  • 7- same as 5
  • 8- same as 6
  • Repeat last 16 beats mirrored (left becomes right)
  • 1-7 Chicken walk to the right, a step per beat
  • 8- clap
  • Repeat last 8 beats mirrored
  • 1-4 chicken walk in place to the right
  • Repeat last 4 beats mirrored
  • First phrase- legs spread, arms above head, spread fingers
  • Second phrase- weight on bent right leg, left leg straight in front, left arm up, right palm either near mouth or lower
  • LuLuLaLa etc- freestyle running


Chorus

  • 1-3 turn right, hands in fists, arms extended, right fist on left fist, one hit per beat
  • 4- hold
  • Repeat last 4 beats mirrored
  • 1- legs spread, arms above head, spread fingers
  • 3- bend down, bring arms behind you

  • 1-4 circle arms down and up and back down
  • 5- extend arms to right, and hands make a shape like holding a ball. Should be in sync with QI PAO (Yell "QI PAO")
  • 0.5- bring hands to chest, retain shape
  • 1- arms to left, with the QI PAO shape
  • 4- bring hands to chest
  • 4.5- arms to right, still with QI PAO shape
  • First "miao"- legs spread, arms above head, spread fingers
  • Second "miao"- legs togetherand bent a bit, lean on knees
  • Third "miao"- same as first miao

  • First ahh- left side circles arms CClockwise and brings to upper left
  • Second ahh- right side does the mirror
  • Third ahh- everyone turn towards the inside
  • HA!- quickly bend down, and then jump with legs and arms spread
  • Repeat Intro, instead of chicken walk left and right, walk foward and back, respectively, and "Lululala etc" has 8 extra beats
  • Repeat Chorus
  • 1-8 do Wax on/Wax off "window washing" motions with right hand, left hand on hip
  • Repeat last 8 beats mirrored
  • Repeat last 16 beats
  • 1-8 Zigzag your arms from the top to the bottom
  • Repeat last 8 beats
  • Repeat Chorus again
  • 1-4 hands on hip, jog to the right, kick up behind you per step, one step per beat
  • 5- right arm in fist, bring it straight up
