No. 0 in Organization XIII; The Defender of Hope
He is currently trying to adapt to the homeworld he was sent to under Xemnas' orders to recruit more members for Organization XIII. His Organization XIII jacket is gold instead of black, and he has no hands. A floating emerald-studded staff shields Noxigar from physical harm.
He had made a notorious android prototype named Clan rHrN Alpha that went awry and selfdestructed for mysterious reasons other than to help Organization XIII. This Alpha prototype was totally glitched and only has half the intelligence that Noxigar has.
Personality-wise, Noxigar is cunning, intelligent, and inherits a trait from his brethren Organization XIII members with the notable exception of Roxas (Where Roxas is a traitor, Noxigar is loyal). (His anger comes from Larxene, his joy comes from Demyx, his alchemy was from Vexen, etc.)
Noxigar also has an ability to transform into one of the other Organization XIII members except for Roxas. Noxigar considers Roxas a dire threat and attempts to detect his presence within the current realm he is.
One thing to know about Noxigar is that he has all 7 Chaos Emeralds and will use them to twist plots and sometimes even revert them.

- Strong Sad, Ekul, and Noxi himself are the only 3 people allowed to use Noxigar (as the character)in the transcripts.
