Dozens, Nay Severals of DJ Nerd42 Fans Can't Be Wrong is a remix compilation mixtape released by DJ Nerd42 in October, 2010. It revisits (and updates) some tracks from four previous albums (cOOLdISC_aFTERmATH, Canadian Chocobo, Chrono Tied and It's Pronounced Forty Two) and also includes other random tracks that weren't good enough to make the cut on a regular DJ Nerd42 mixtape album.
The name of the album and cover art are spoofing the famous compilation albums, "50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong" and "100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong" which refer to the argumentum ad populum fallacy. "Dozens, Nay Severals" is a phrase spoken by Strong Bad in the cartoon "Trogday 08" on HomestarRunner.com.
The album was originally planned to be called, "Live at the Tupperware Party" (referencing Linkin Park's "Frat Party at the Pancake Festival") but the name had to be changed due to trademark litigation threats from the Tupperware corporation, who apparently have neither a sense of humor nor any respect for fair use.
This is the second DJ Nerd42 release on the (non-commercial) Get Some! Records netlabel.
