Basically, people in this Ancient China will have Very Limited Magical Ability. So anything you have in canon is severely weakened. Lelouch's Geass would be reduced to making people run small errands for him (or something like that). Summons - don't work. Elemental magic - okay, you can start a fire without a flint since we're all lazy.
Try to keep it as unrealistically realistic as possible, okay? :) If you have any questions feel free to ask one of the mods.
