Us mods realize that for various reasons, characters of the same fandom are going to need to stick together. It's a lot easier to write character histories if you only have to tweak canon relationships/events slightly. So we will try our best to put characters of the same fandoms into the same states as best as space allows. Of course, some of the larger fandoms may need to be split up, but there will be at least 1 more person from your character's fandom in your state at all times (given that, you know, at least one other person from that fandom was app'ed for). | Us mods realize that for various reasons, characters of the same fandom are going to need to stick together. + | '''''Wait, so my character is going to DIE?'''''<br> | ||
+ | In all likelihood, yes. After all, there are seven kingdoms and only one can remain at the end. Since this game is meant to last only one year, this means a kingdom will be falling roughly every month and a half or so. And when that happens, the characters in that kingdom have a choice of deflecting (the cowardly way out) or dying (the honorable way). So yes, there is a high chance that your character will die. However, there's a fun aspect of dying! We have a special community, called [http://community.livejournal.com/tianshang/ Tianshang] that is like a ghost area. All of the dead people can go there and still talk to each other, comment thread, and do logs. Essentially, it's like an RP inside an RP. So if you decide to have your character do the "honorable" thing and die for their country, they'll still have some fun in the RP ahead of them. :3 |

Ask here if you have any questions.
Why are the kings predetermined?
We felt that the characters we chose are some of the most qualified to play a King. Also, we wanted diversity in King personalities and ambitions. Also, we chose the kings to diversify the fandoms in the RP, because what often happens is that we'd have kings from only "trendy" series.
OMG DYNASTY WARRIORS!!!!!!!!!
No, wrong time period. This isn't the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, kthx.
Are characters of the same fandom going to be together? How does that work if state-selection is randomized?

Wait, so my character is going to DIE?
