We felt that the characters we chose are some of the most qualified to play a King. Also, we wanted diversity in King personalities and ambitions. Also, we chose the kings to diversify the fandoms in the RP, because what often happens is that we'd have kings from only  "trendy" series.

Us mods realize that for various reasons, characters of the same fandom are going to need to stick together. It's a lot easier to write character histories if you only have to tweak canon relationships/events slightly. So we will try our best to put characters of the same fandoms into the same states as best as space allows. Of course, some of the larger fandoms may need to be split up, but there will be at least 1 more person from your character's fandom in your state at all times (given that, you know, at least one other person from that fandom was app'ed for).
