Hard vore is one of the two main branches of vore, the other being soft vore. Hard vore can best be described as violent, usually bloody. This kind of vore often includes such descriptive words as rip and tear. A good example of hard vore would be a real life lion eating it's prey. Hard vore is the preference of a surprising minority in the vore community.
