The Unknown Turaga: Ultimatum at Mangaia is the upcoming film finale for The Unknown Turaga, the first comic series by Turaga Dlakii and part of The Unknown Turaga Saga. At this stage, it remains perpetually in development hell.

Development

Ultimatum at Mangaia, though the title has only recently been applied to the film, has actually been in development since June 2006, and has yet to be released. From the beginning, the intention has been for it to tell the story of Turaga Dlakii's assault on Mangaia and his final confrontation with Makuta Teridax; however, several details of the story and format of the film have unrecognisably changed from the original plan made in 2006.

On different occasions, the release date has been confirmed as 2007, 2008 and 2009, none of which have followed through. As far as Turaga Dlakii himself is concerned, the film is indefinitely on hold.

The Cast

Originally, a complete cast was organised, but most of its members have since departed from BZPower. As such, the casting was scrapped until such a time as the film would certainly be going ahead.
