The Flare Blade is Hev's Toa Tool. It is a heavy protodermis sword.

History
Unlike most Toa tools, the Flare Blade was not created when Hev became a Toa. Most likely, she bought it from somewhere herself later on.
Powers
The Flare Blade, being little more than a generic sword, has no true powers of its own. However, it is notably light for its size, perfectly complementing the speedy skills used by Hev.
