PIERO (Japanese: ピエロ) is a voicebank created by XEONlive. He is also known as Yōulíng Liúlàng Zhě (Chinese: 幽灵流浪者) and Yulyeong (Korean: 유령). Alongside UTAU, he has received voicebanks for COEIROINK and RVC.

He notably has two voice providers, Oliver and Sasaki, the former for his younger, brighter voicebanks and the latter for his mature voicebanks.

He is the first XEONlive-developed voicebank and a member of their ShiroKuro subgroup.

PIERO is described as a hajidere who blushes often and enjoys getting headpats. He is followed around by a bird named Sol, who aggressively pecks at anyone who gets too close.

He is a ghost inhabiting an android frame stolen from Ten Technologies. Solast houses him in exchange for his performance as a guitarist in Solast's idol band ShiroKuro.
