Submitting your UTAU voicebank to UTAUpedia allows it to be featured on the UTAU Wiki, a centralized platform that documents UTAU voicebanks without any bias and held to a set quality standard. To ensure your submission is accepted, please adhere to the guidelines outlined below.

Before submitting your voicebank, ensure the following:
Released Voicebank: Your voicebank must be publicly available for download. Private or unreleased voicebanks are not eligible for submission.
Official Wiki Page: A dedicated page for your voicebank must exist on either the UTAU Wiki 2.0 or the UTAU Fandom Wiki. This page should include comprehensive details about the voicebank, such as:
Voicer's name
Voicebank formats
Directly supported languages
Download links
Terms of use
Character design and image

To submit your voicebank, follow these steps:
Access the Submission Form: Navigate to the UTAUpedia Voicebank Submission Form.
Voicebank Name: Enter the official name of your voicebank.
Ownership Confirmation: Indicate whether you own the rights to the voicebank.
Official Website: Provide the URL to the official website or download page of your voicebank.
Wiki Page URL: Submit the direct URL to your voicebank's page on the UTAU Wiki 2.0 or UTAU Fandom Wiki.
Submit the Form: After completing the form, click the "Submit" button to send your submission for review.

To ensure your submission meets the community standards, please observe the following:
Acceptable Submissions:
Original, publicly available voicebanks.
Voicebanks with a dedicated and informative wiki page.
Discontinued voicebanks, provided they had at least one publicly available voicebank before discontinuation.
Unacceptable Submissions:
Joke UTAUs, except for notable exceptions like Kasane Teto.
Derivative UTAUs or XSY/Pitchloids.
Voicebanks whose creators have been involved in illegal activities.
Wiki Page Requirements:
Use the appropriate template for your voicebank's wiki page to maintain consistency and organization.
Ensure your page includes all necessary information as outlined in the UTAU Wiki Editing Guidelines.
