Andrea Waltham (b. July 5, 1974, in Hartford, Connecticut) is a two-time United States Representative from Washington State. He represented the state's Ninth District from 2013 to 2015, and then in the Sixth District from 2017 to the present. He is a member of the Republican Party.
Mr. Waltham was raised in Windsor, Connecticut. Both his parents were teachers: His mother in the local public schools, and his father at Loomis-Chaffee. Andrea himself graduated the Windsor public schools. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, taking alert out of Eatons Neck in Long Island, New York.
