Background
Sean Radcliffe refused to run.
Gay Rights Activist Randy Peterson is running.
Keiko Kagura is the Republican candidate.
The election was a tie, but Kagura carried more states than Peterson. After a vote in congress, Peterson won. Kagura and the Republicans accused Peterson of threatening to kill a majority of congress if he didn't win the vote in congress. What really happened is that Vice President Bryant Carter told the senate all the good stuff about Peterson and none of the bad stuff, and the senators told the house representatives.
