Russia is a geographically large country located primarily in Eastern Europe. Its current form is a result of the Second Russian Civil War in which numerous satellite states broke away from Moscow.

Second Russia Civil War

The Second Russian Civil War began in 2018 when Siberia declared its independence from Russia following the death of Putin and lasted until 2021 when Siberia and Russia executed a nuclear exchange. The war caused tens of millions of casualties, more than any war since World War Two and is only the second conflict in which nuclear weapons were used.

The nuclear exchange led to a leadership vacuum in Russia, with a number of individuals claiming to be next in line to the Presidency.
Sergei Eisenkov
Eisenkov was Russia's ambassador to the United Nations at the time of the nuclear exchange between Siberia and Russia. This attack on Russia, and the associated deaths of most members of the Russian government, made Eisenkov the most senior surviving member of the Russian government and led him to claim to be the next President of Russia. [1]
Elena Karsinoma
Dr Karsinoma is the leader of Karelia, which is dominated by the city of St Petersburg. Karelia was spared from much of the carnage of the Second Russian Civil War, and Karelia is seen by some as the natural successor to Russia. Though Karsinoma is unlikely to obtain the Presidency of Russia, which she has not publicly called for anyway, there remains the possibility that Karelia be given Russia's spot on the UN Security Council just as the People's Republic of China was given the Republic of China's seat on the same council.
Alexander Lukashenko
Lukashenko, as President of Belarus, claimed the Presidency of Russia based on the 1996 union between Russia and Belarus [2]. No country has recognized his claim over Russia.
