Venezuela War

Following the US invasion of Venezuela, Mexico sent a significant number of troops into Venezuela, along with the United Kingdom, to occupy areas of Northern Venezuela in which United States operations had cleared of insurgent activity.
Presidents
Felipe Calderon
Calderon was Mexico's President when USGovSim's current reset began on January 1, 2008.
Santiago Creel Miranda
Creel became President after defeating the PRI's Beatriz Elena Paredes Rangel in the 2012 Presidential election. Creel is from Calderon's PAN.
Alfonso Vergara
Vergara was the President of Mexico in 2022, suggesting that he won the 2018 Presidential election to succeed Creel.
