The Second Russian Civil War began in 2018 when Siberia declared its independence from Russia following the death of Putin and lasted until 2021 when Siberia and Russia executed a nuclear exchange. The war caused tens of millions of casualties, more than any war since World War Two and is only the second conflict in which nuclear weapons were used.
