Hilliam Warren was the Director of the Office of Management & Budget from 2013 to 2017 and currently serves as a member of the House of Representatives for the 7th District of Pennsylvania. He is the eldest son of President Elizabeth Warren and former U.S. Senator James Warren. In 2012, Hilliam ran for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania against Democratic incumbent Senator Kathyrn Spencer.
