History
Founding
The USCR was founded by Francis DiMaggio, the leader of Cuba since it was claimed by the US, demolished the old Republic of Cuba with a treaty with the Caribbean Islands and Venezuela, except for Puerto Rico, saying that their countries would join up with Cuba to form a communist society.
