Early Life
Sean Radcliffe was born in Chicago Illinois. While growing up, his parents were political active in the Daley Chicago machine. After graduating from the University of Chicago, Radcliffe worked his way up through the Mayors Office until he was appointed Chairman of the Heartlands Democratic Party.
