Use with {{CanElec4}} to create rows for candidates, parties, votes and elected indicators. Format:
{{USGSElectRow|Party|Candidate|Votes|%Vote|%Change}}
- Party - name should match a party under the {{USGS Elections/*}} template series
- Candidate - use "Firstname(s) Lastname" format; not automatically linked, as many candidates will not have pages (whether not created yet, or too nn to have a page)
- Votes - number of votes for the candidate
- %Vote - percentage of vote
- %Change - percentage change of vote
