Nicholas Hunter (born June 21, 1970) is the United States Representative for the U.S. state of North Carolina's 9th District congressional seat, in south-central North Carolina. He previously was a Representative for the North Carolina General Assembly.

Biographical
Nicholas Hunter was born on June 21, 1970 in Charlotte, NC. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in International Business. Quickly after completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hunter went onto study law at the University of South Carolina's School of Law.
After running his own law firm in the city of Charlotte for 3 years, Mr. Hunter decided to run for Congress. He defeated the 3 term Democratic incumbent.
