Frances Benson (born July 20th, 1980) is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Maryland's 3rd congressional district since 2020. She also served as the 51st Mayor of the City of Baltimore after the previous Mayor, Jonathan Torment, sexual scandal. Benson is also part of the prominent Benson family from Ireland, being the direct granddaughter of Richard Benson. She has worked with Tobacco multinational firms such as The Gallaher Group and Phillip Morris International.
