Jack Magruder (born November 15, 1960) was the 45th President of the United States, and the first to ascend to the Presidency from the position of Speaker of the House. He succeeded Barack Obama in 2009 after his death in the crash of an Amtrak train, and dropped his affiliation with the Democratic Party.
