  The Persian pantheon distinguishes types of fire by their ignition source. This small metal plate was forged in one of the rarest types of fire: that brought by burning stones that fall from the sky. It has been purified with clean white ash from a santified fire and then dedicated with Avestan inscriptions.

  The plate was given to Tsukuyomi by Vayu as a gift of sorts; Tsukuyomi had a small jade magatama pressed into it. It thus represents an agreement of sorts between the two.

  It grants access to the Darkness, Psychopomp, and Sky purviews.
