Peter Parker uses the internet to locate the web site of the company that produces the security cameras used in Wilson Fisk’s office. He locates a customer service email address and then sets up a fake e-mail account and emails the company for information on their security systems.

• Peter meets with Dr. Bradley, a guidance counselor that has been asked to counsel all the students at Midtown high after the recent Spider-Man incident. This occurred in Ultimate Spider-Man 6 and 7. Peter informs her that the aberration that attacked was Norman Osborn. When she asks who told him this, Peter informs her that Harry Osborn told this info to the students. Peter then indicates that Harry is in Colorado with family. Peter feels that Dr. Bradley is being a little too inquisitive and excuses himself from the interview. He meets Liz Allan outside of the classroom who is next to be interviewed. Peter senses that she seems troubled and offers to talk to her if she needs someone to listen. Liz declines the invitation.

• Peter encounters Mary Jane in the halls at school and finds that she is still mad at him for canceling their date on Saturday (Ultimate Spider-Man 10).

• Peter receives an email back from Telech which provides an informative video on the 4566 Telech System that was used in Fisk’s offices. Through the video, Peter learns how the system records and stores video. He then plans to break back into Fisk’s building.

• Later that night, Peter breaks back into Fisk’s building. He infiltrates the security room and takes out 2 guards. During the encounter, the main power is disabled in the building. Peter breaks into the security cabinet for the video recording records and steals the discs containing the records of the time period around his break-in. He is then attacked by the Enforcers and Electro.

Notes:

- Peter’s fake email address is for a Arthur Simek of Miramax Films.

- The discs that Peter takes from the security systems are labeled 3/5. It is like that these are referring to the date of the recordings.

- The Enforcers are shown to be having moral problems about the murder of Mr. Big.
