Peter escapes the chokehold that Norman has him in and throws a desk at Norman that goes out the window and begins to fall towards the street. Peter stops the falling desk, aware that it could hit people below. A [[S.H.I.E.L.D.]] helicopter hover outside the penthouse, unable to take a shot at Norman because of obstruction from Harry.

After this proclamation, Peter runs from the scene.
