Enable password reminder via email

Looks like MediaWiki is using either mail or sendmail program. Either way, I found it to work by just doing the following:

Install mailing software

$ sudo apt-get install ssmtp
$ sudo apt-get install mailutils

Edit configuration

Here we set mailhub to point to the SMTP server on the network.
