Macuata Protected Area Network

The island of Vorovoro is within the Macuata Province of Fiji.
The WWF South Pacific Programme Office are working with the Fijian government and the local people to establish a Marine Protected Area within the Macuata Province with the goal of conserving the natural environment and ensuring the sustainable use of marine resources for the Fijian people.
