Jean Yves' Headquarters lies in Alexandria not too far from the Coastal Ruins. Jean Yves lived in this building when Lara was searching for the Armour of Horus, aiding her in her search. From his headquarters, he lead the digging under the Coastal Ruins in search for the Lost Library and Cleopatra's Palace. The headquarters has never been shown in any Tomb Raider games following Tomb Raider 4.
