From Tpmmuckraker1

This is the mail with two redacted names. Text:

"The only concern I have is that Paul just visited ....a and asked that ........... not be on the list. He does seem to be running things well (if somewhat independent of DOJ). On the other hand, Matt mentioned a scandal rumor that is of great concern to me. Should we mark him as tentative while we talk that out?"

Since the mail is in fixed-width font, you can determine the lengths of the words (except if there is an odd space somewhere): 5 and 11.

There is no five-letter state that ends in a. Options are Iowa preceded by a space, or an abbreviation of a longer name, or a person or place instead of a state.

There is one attorney with an 11-letter last name, Donald J. DeGabrielle, Jr. (if we leave out the Jr.). He is from Texas, so one possibility is that the first word is a typo (Texsa). Otherwise, there is probably a full name here, either with initials or with full first name. Lots of options!

Another likely possibility: the first name is a Senator (Akaka) and the USA in question is Edward Kubo. The only other possible senator is Obama, but the name of his USA does not fit.
