Physical Description

Body rugged with age but still fitter than the average man his age. Meaningful blue eyes glare out through the face marred by lines of worry and of deep thought. They glare deep into the very soul of a person he just glances at, or so it feels to that person. Power resonates from the eyes, unlike most of the pure blood lines his voice is not his source of power but those eyes ever seeing yet hypnotic, persuasive, almost deadly. Once the home to great darkness but with age and hindsight now see light. Full, Cypher-family, lips perk up in a smile instead of the old everlasting frown that was always given to most of the Wizarding world, all except the purebloods who stuckk together in circles of power and beliefs. The slightly crooked nose ribbed with scars from both magic and muggle, dueling showing the ages of his experience, protudes from the centre of his long face.

Thining, yet un-parting, grey hair remains sat on top of his head like it did through out his youth. Unlike, his youth it has lost it's deep brown tone and lush thickness, the same lucious thickness that his grandson, Raiden, seems to have obtained in the genetic line. His once grand stature of six feet and five inches has shrunk down to that of six feet and one inch, the fault of age and shrinking of cartiliage in the spine. The imposingness of his figure still remains however, still muscularly built and as slim as a swimmer he maintained much of his youthful character through his determination to do something with his life and still try and impress the ladies.

Brief History

A member of Slytherin house throughout his youth, Zac was a sinsiter individual a pure blood in all sense of the phrase. Raised by typical pure blood family he inherited their beliefs and traditions and went through school only paying attention to teachers, well occasionally, and the pure blood population of the school, especially the female segment. A flirty teen he was, and has continued such an attitude throughout his life even since the departure from life of his dear wife, and found that any girl with more than an ounce of attractiveness and had a pure family was under the watch of his beady, lustful eyes.

Zelda, his late wife, he met in his fifth year in Hogwarts. An attractive girl with alot going for her was only let down in one light, her blood line but that was a bonus for Zac as he semed to be the only one who appreciated her beauty and her purity of blood. Throughout school they were inseparable and worked on everything together, achieving a handful of good NEWT grades and moving on into adult life. Zac, by now, had already inherited Cypher Castle from his parents and chose this as their place to live together. Zac worked as a teacher during the day and during the night dressed up and paraded with othe Pure Blood fanatics causing havok, mayhem and murder.

It was on one of these very trips that his wife met her unexpected end. They were preying on a group of muggle loers when she chanced to walk by in the middle of the cross-fire wondering what was wrong. Moving to help the muggles, she dueled off several of the weaker fanatics but a stray killing curse from the leader of the group caught her square between the eyes and with that the group disapperated. Zac stayed he felt he recognised those eyes and sure enough he found that his wife of nearly 25 years by this point was dead, leaving their child (Raiden's Father) motherless.

After this day he vowed to change his ways, the same traits ran through the family and into his son. However, when Raiden was born Zac spent many hours with him, teaching him the new way of life he'd learnt since his wife's death. Raiden seemed to have taken his advice on board and was gradually distancing himself or the family but the pair had always remained close and to this day they discuss everything.

Personality

Zac is no longer as spritely as he once was. Whn he was younger he used to stand up against the non-pure bloods and send letters to the papers expressing his views. He'd embarrass them in public and try to scare them out of the Wizarding World. However, this is all in the past. With age came sympathy for those who were not lucky enough to have Pure Blood and the train of thought which told him that it was not their fault if they weren't Pure, they were only trying to give their bit to the Wizards of England and the World.

With the birth of his grandson Raiden he spent more time with the boy than he had anyone else in his entire life. Passing on his new ideas, teachings and knowledge. It worked, Raiden was the first born into the family of Cypher who was not a fanatic with outrageous beliefs against non-pure bloods. With this gift came a curse, a curse that had not come with Zac as he had lived the fanatic lifestyle, a curse which left Raiden without the usual confidence and ability to cause pain that it normally had.

Strengths

With age comes wisdom, and with wisdom comes increased skill with magics. Knowledge of many aspects of muggle and wizarding life comes in good use when helping his son Raiden, a great lover of muggles, fit in with them and their customs from mannerisms through to weaponry tactics. A great teacher on the whole, imparting knowledge is his speciality hence why he spent his life as a teacher until he retired. Having been a legilimens and occlumens all his life, his impartion of facts and reasons had always been assisted by that of knowing how to motivate a person through reading their thoughts. Also a good broom rider even if his reactions weren't what they were, Zac once played as a chaser for Slytherin as he was never quite good enough to play seeker. One of hi sproudest moments was when Raiden had achieved the position on the Gryffindor, achieving something he never had.

Weaknesses

Age is obviously Zacrius's greatest weakness, no longer as fit, active or as healthy as he was in his youth. In his younger days, Zac used to partake in manay disciplines in martial arts and swords play but now it is all a bit too much for him. Relying on his magic to defend himself in his old age is a rather difficult and sometimes daunting task but the main problem comes the fact that the pure blood ranks have grown to detest him in his old age due to his change of faith on the muggle born front.

Hobbies and Interests

Once upon a time his hobby was spreading terror so that people knew his and his fellow pure bloods ideals. Now, however, inparting knowledge is his favourite hobby, maybe it was something that cam with age and wisdom but he actually enjoyed it. No longer is he able to play quidditch like he once loved to but he is still able to fly and enjoy time with his grandson. That is all seems to want to do nowadays, think or spend time with dear Raiden. Perhaps one day he'd get to meet this special Wolf girl who Raiden's passion for reminded him of his love life.
