Physical Description

Despite her last name, Alorra is neither tall nor especially willowy; at 5'5" in height she weighs an average 130lbs. Her eyes are a color that could only be described as 'hazelgreen', as they are neither color seperately but rather a mixture of both. Honey-blonde curls tumble in spirals over her shoulders, accentuating the golden tan color of her skin, giving her a slightly California-girl air. Alorra despises her hair, but even so, she rarely does anything to it since she can't be bothered. She has a slim, perfect-hourglass figure that she maintains through excercising regularly; anybody who knows her knows that it's definitely not from a healthy diet. Even though she was raised as pureblood children are and rarely saw the muggle world growing up, Alorra prefers to dress in muggle clothing; she's always viewed wizard clothes as being 'frumpy'. She generally sticks to jeans and fitted tops, but does so with class instead of looking too sloppy.

Brief History

Alorra was born in an upper-class area of London to Daniel and Louise Willow, both ministry department heads and former Gryffindors. The oldest of three (she has younger twin sisters, Evelyn & Justine), Alorra was always aware of her magical heritage since she was raised as a wizard, even though her family wasn’t purebloods. Therefore, she was not surprised when she got her letter to Hogwarts and was anxious to attend, as she had already heard stories from her parents and grandparents about their times there and was rather looking forward to it. Having had a normal childhood (well, as normal as one could have being a witch), she couldn’t wait for the adventure to begin.

Upon arrival at Hogwarts, Alorra had no trouble fitting in – she made fast friends with multiple students both in and outside of her house, a girl called Liane in particular. She did fairly well in most of her classes and her first to sixth years were somewhat uneventful. It was in her seventh year that the rebellious side of Alorra made an appearance – for a short while she sported a hot-pink pixie cut and staked out in Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom as a member of a new ‘house’, created by a boy named Matthias she had befriended earlier that year.

After graduation from Hogwarts, Alorra lived with her parents in the manor that she had been raised in for a small period of time. Eventually she got tired of staying at home and decided to do a bit of travelling. She ended up staying in Vancouver for over two year, working as an Obliviator with the Canadian Ministry of Magic. It was there that Alorra experienced her first serious relationship, with an Auror by the name of Devon Landry. She broke it off when she discovered he was cheating on her with another Obliviator; that’s part of the reason why she’s now decided to return to London once again – to leave all traces of her heartbreak behind.

Personality

Two things Alorra has been known for are her spunk and vivaciousness. Never the sky one, Alorra once punched out her best friend’s fiancé in the middle of a crowded bar because he cheated on her with his boss. She’s quick to stand up for those she’s close to – her loyalty runs deep and uninterrupted. She'll never stab you in the back or betray your trust, but if you don't return the favor you'll get a nice big taste of her nasty side. Alorra is a very impatient person, especially with those she doesn't like, and has an explosive temper if something REALLY pisses her off. She's not afraid to get up in your face about anything if she feels you've really wronger her or someone she cares about. Socially, Alorra could best be described as a butterfly - she gets along with almost everyone. She's extremely outgoing and loves to have a good time; she doesn't embarass easily either, as she's fairly self-confident but has a bad habit of acting on impulse. However, ever since her breakup with Devon, Alorra has been a little more cautious when it comes to matters of the heart.

Strengths

Alorra has many strengths, both magically and personality-wise. She was always rather skilled in potions, charms and transfiguration during her school years, and continues to be skilled in those areas today. She was a Chaser on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team as a fairly decent flyer, though now she hasn’t even touched a broom in years. Alorra is great friend material, as mentioned before – you’ve got her back no matter what. She’s definitely a ‘people person’ and knows how to communicate well and can be somewhat of a smooth talker if she wants things to slide her way, though never with malicious intent.

Weaknesses

Alorra’s two major weaknesses are definitely her tendency to act on impulse and her impatience. She has never understood the meaning of 'patience is virtue' and probably never will; she likes things done when she wants them and that means NOW. A lot of people interpret this as her being bitchy, but that's way she's always been. Her impulsiveness has gotten her into plenty of trouble in the past, and is generally not an excellent trait to have if you're looking to settle down in the near future. Her magical weaknesses during her school year were definitely divination and history of magic - she found both classes pointless and almost failed the latter. She's still terrible when it comes to anything divination-like today, which is why she chooses to stay away from it.

Hobbies and Interests

Alorra has multiple hobbies and interests. She takes great interest in anything to do with Quidditch, though she hasn't played the sport for some time herself. She also likes reading, and can spend hours with her nose buried in a good book. Alorra isn't too much of a bookworm, though, as she also loves parties and other social gatherings. She likes to spend time outdoors as well, whether it be hiking, camping, or just a walk around the block. Another one of her hobbies, which some might find odd, is cooking – the muggle way. Many of her friends in school were muggleborns, which is how she was introduced to muggle culture, and she more or less lives like one today when it comes to clothing, etc.
