You walk into your bedroom and stop short. Someone is in your bed waiting for you, naked. When she turns over at hearing you come in, you see that it's {lastname}, since you can see she's not pregnant.

"I couldn't wait for tonight, {firstname}. Come give me what you wanted to give me earlier," she says, rubbing her belly.
