Centuries before the Mox Civil War, Planet X was already having territory problems with other alien races. The brain of a high-ranking Academy member has been taken hostage, and a rescue mission is taken to action. Space Troopers Angel Perez and Sebastian Photon are the only ones able to rescue the brain in distress.
