Headsprouter appears in TimeSplitters Future Perfect as a playable character. The character has no eyes or nose; just a large mouth with big teeth. Headsprouter's bone arms don't have any hands - just hooks - he wears a white shirt, a belt and dark brown trousers. Headsprouter appears in the story mode level: "What Lies Below - 1994". He hangs off the roof of the mine when you are travelling in a mine cart and explodes when you shoot him.
