This gun is seen in TS2 and TS3. In story mode in both games it was used to overload powernodes ,but TS3 it was also used to "light up" the bridge in "Something to Crow About" and overloading some of Promethus' shields.  In multiplayer, it shocks players to death and has a secondary fire that shoots out blasts.  It works best against robots and worst against shock proof characters (like Crow).

The ElectroTool shoots a continuous stream of electricity over long distances. The secondary fire shoots the electricity in short jolts.

This weapon appears in TimeSplitters 2 and TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. In TimeSplitters 2's Story mode it was used to overload the power nodes in the Robot Factory. In Future Perfect, it was utilized to activate the bridge in Something to Crow About and to overload PROMETHEUS' shields.

Robots have a weakness to this weapon due to its electrical nature. In Arcade Custom the weapon causes damage to all enemies.

The ElectroTool is considered a poor choice for multiplayer matches by some because the weapon takes a relatively long time to defeat an enemy with. Others would argue that its long range, the longest of any weapon in the game, makes up for it.

The secondary function shoots one jolt of electricity, which uses one charge from the Electrotool's roller "supply". The jolt moves slower than the primary fire, has about a quarter of the operational range, does less damage and has an extended recoil.
