You steal the heavy object and run outside with no one noticing. You point the gun at the in.
KABOOM
The Inn blows up, you can see some soldiers flying in the air and crashing down to Earth. You go and check how many soldiers there were in the bulding. 20 soldiers were found!
That means the you have killed 120/10000 soldiers!
You also find out that the launcher had only one bullet, so you threw that and the key, since he didn't need it anymore. You find $200 worth of money as well.
