A lot is on your mind because of the recent events and you do not feel like stepping in to help, you have more important matters on hand. After watching the man chase the girl down the path you focus your attention back toward the smoke. Without looking back at the man and girl you continue down the path hoping it will lead you to some answers. After walking up a small hill you begin to see what looks like a town. You can see that the smoke must be coming from one of the buildings.
Only pausing for a moment you continue into town:
