A preferred tactic involve corrosive chemical sprays and short-range, massive electronic discharge. He does not appear to have the talent for Ki.
Citing the loose rules of the Noah Foundation's tournament requirements, Joe is a local-level combatatant. He has a record of 14-4-1, and one disqualification.
Of the three members of the AV Club, Joe is the least physically fit, but by far and away the smartest.
