The Bowler
From Thikipedia
The Bowler is a dangerous supervillain whose reign of terror spanned the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
He is most famous for being the villain who killed Batman's long-time companion, Robin, turning his red breast into a red splatter and a small cloud of feathers with a high-speed cricket ball.
An expert with throwing weapons of all kinds, the Bowler's name comes from from his trademark bowler hat, equipped with a lethal steel rim and balanced as a throwing weapon. An homage to the Bowler was made by Ian Fleming in his 007 book and film, The Man With The Golden Gun.
