It is a time of renewed hope. Word has reached the Royal Palace that plans for the Empire's fearsome Death Star have been located by agents of the Alliance. Your father, Bail, was briefly a prisoner aboard the Emperor's new battle station, and has been in desperate search of a means to defeat the rising evil.
Yourself, you only hope the efforts of the growing Alliance to Restore the Republic will be enough to counter the might of the Empire. In the Senate, your voice is small but sure, and as the daughter of the Viceroy of Alderaan you have found yourself gaining a number of allies in the political arena. Fighting squabbling bureaucrats is one thing, however, and you're itching to join the real fight for freedom in the wider galaxy, despite your father's reservations. You have spent too long as the pampered Princess of Alderaan, locked away within the grand palace.
You are currently in your bedchamber at the peak of the palace, with a splendid view across the beautiful city of Aldera, and are awaiting news from your aide as to the outcome of the Death Star mission.
