Disclaimer: the events here happened quite a while ago. However, for reason still unknow this story took a long time to finally show up at the Chronicles HQ. We hope you still enjoy it.
After the much storied "retirement" of the old Red Cell council, the next generation of agents burdened their young shoulders with the heavy load of leadership, upholding and reinforcing the old ideals that have been the foundation of the secret society for a long time.
The dawn of this new era in RC history was accompanied by the realization that sealing off two entire sectors would be detrimental to the well-being of the organization as a whole, thus RC leaders, together with the upper echelons of Capellan and Nebulan society, decided upon opening the borders for traders from all around the known universe.
After a long time, the guns protecting Nebul and Capella from the onslaughts of vicious pirates got shut down, allowing everyone to access the sectors as they wish. But those Military Outposts didn't just get torn down. Instead the Great Wall of Capella and the somewhat smaller Wall of Nebul were left intact as stark reminders of hard times gone by, spreading the hope that a dark age of anger, suspicion and regression is finally over.
