The Warriors (gang)

The Warriors was a powerful street gang active in New York city during the late 1970's. It controlled large parts of Coney Island, and apparently had plans to further expand its territories, and even managed to succeed in it occasionally. The gang was led by an individual known as Cleon up until the meet organized by The Gramercy Riffs, in which Cleon was killed following the assassination of the Riffs' leader, Cyrus.

The gang itself spread rumours of having several hundreds of members, but this could not be verified - and most certainly never can be verified. The most active members of the gang, however, are as follows:
