Without a doubt T3 is the weakest part of the trilogy. I personally would've settled with T2 ending the movies, but apparently they just had to make another Terminator-movie just for the fun of it. Terminator 3, in my opinion, carefully steps between the edges of parody and mediocre sequels. Still though, I think that some parts of the story are fairly well written, such as Judgment Day being inevitable.

If they had left some of that silly self-parody stuff out, and thought about a few scenes longer during the scriptwriting process, I bet it would've been even better. T3 is not a bad movie in itself, though, I just feel that some of the stuff could've been edited a bit and even left out.
