By far the most extensive and well-built SimCity game out there. What I did find a bit frustrating with this one, though, was that the two newer SimCity games have almost completely denied the player of the cheats allowing for unlimited funds. I've always had the most fun with the various SimCity games when I've been able to have unlimited funds and thus build my city constantly without having to worry about running out of money. The SimCity 4 maps are also very acceptable in the way that they're big enough - unlike in SimCity 3000.
