Kane has a thin but athletic body. He is very light. His hair is roughly shoulder length, dirty blonde, but unless he's working with weapons, he's probably going to have it neatly combed or tied back. He always wears his uniform unless there is a specific reason not to, like a formal occasion, or for sleep. Kane is generally calm, cool, and collected. He is not one to reach elevated emotions. Because of this, he is able to think under pressure, and able to make choices accordingly. Between people, he tends to be arrogant, though respects authority. However, his arrogance is not generally a problem if you know not to bring his ego up as an issue.

Kane was brought up fairly well in a middle class family. He did his tests and homework in school but did not put any particular emphasis into them, as he had no interest. He did fairly well, though, for someone who only put in the minimum requirement of effort. He had no mutations, even from birth, and had no prejudice against mutants.
Kane had no particular distinguishing features to his early life, no real issues with other people, no real conflict for the most part.
At one point, however, Kane and Abel did escalate into a personal conflict, and had issues of ego with each other. Abel had a natural aptitude for school and was doing very proficiently, whereas Kane had a natural aptitude for computers and tactical games, and was uninterested in school. Because Abel was a common subject of pride for his parents, he was constantly treated well for it. Kane, on the other hand, was almost ignored.
The Maldictines were present during the battles with Faye, and in one of these battles, Abel was placed into a position of peril. Kane had the opportunity to save Abel, but chose not to. Because of this, Abel died.
Then, the Dupuis Corporation hired Kane. He entered a virtual tactical competition with other candidates for hire as the Dupuis Corporation's primary weapons tester. Kane won every round of the competition perfectly, because of his natural aptitude for tactics.
Now, he is paid very handsomely(To a degree) to both test the weapons the Dupuis Corporation produces, and even more so to keep them a secret.

Kane has an astounding knowledge of tactics, is well-trained in combat both hand to hand, with a melee-based weapon, and at range with a gun. He is trained to use the Dupuis Corporation's weaponry and armory, and has the clearance within the defense section of that company to access said weaponry and armory.
Kane's favorite choice of Dupuis' technology, though, is the LAMBDA set of weapons and armor. Its capabilities include:
* Access to a highly informative database and communication center * Pain reduction through morphine * Advanced targeting systems * Increased awareness and response time * Increased muscle efficiency * Bulletproof cloth material * A very strong but unusually light short sword for melee combat * Two submachine guns that can fire in burst, automatic, or semiautomatic modes * Parts required to reassemble one of the submachine guns into a sniper rifle
However, beyond that, he has no political power or influence. Also, if by some means he is taken out, the suit can theoretically be confiscated by the enemy and used for their own purposes, however uncomfortable it may be to wear a suit that is not your size. Also, it is subject to upgrades at any given time. The suit is also very valuable, worth millions of dollars. If Kane were to lose it, his life would probably be over.
