A lion lunges for you, but the slight encumberance of the pen is not nearly enough to prevent your dodging out of its way.
Just as the other lion prepares to pounce, you manage to slip the reed pen into the hole containing the button and press it.
The floor below the lions rotates downwards into the floor with a sickening crunch that reminds you somewhat of the sound of lion-like skulls being crushed.
The wall behind the lions becomes the floor, and the passageway is now open for your further exploration.
Who would have thought that a reed pen could defeat two hungry carnivorous cats?
Good thing you thought to reed between the lions.
